Paul Simon co-wrote this song. It was one of my favorites when I was nearly 13 years old. I have a distinct memory of riding down the Garden State Parkway in my parents' car and listening to this song on the radio (with the summer sun glaring down).
I added a few splashes of harmony (not enough to hurt myself, although it might sound like it). The intro is all wrong. I tried to make it sound like the original, but they have all kinds of things happening on the record and I couldn't match it. After many attempts, I scrapped everything and put in a simple guitar/drum combo.
The rest of the song sounds OK. A few things I'd like to fix, but this is good enough for now.
