This is a quickly recorded version - the chord progression makes it a fun song to play on the piano, and the piano bass-line is robust enough that I simply added drums and sang and wrapped it up. I haven't heard the original in quite some time, so I don't know what else the Beatles added. Using the piano instead of a guitar changes things in any event.
