Support files maintained by the software include: trip price list, points of interest list, employee list, vehicle list, and a zip code list. The reports generated by the software include trip quotations, trip confirmations, trip invoices, customer statements, trip scheduling, deposit tracking, and payment tracking. The reports can be previewed on the screen, and can be customized by specifying date ranges and report queries to view a selected portion of the data.Doing school trips and athletic trips for local school boards?
