Note: certain early versions of the Installation software create a shortcut on the desktop without specifying a working directory. Simply right click on the shortcut to set up the working directory property if the program is putting data files where you don't want them. Sorry for any inconvenience. |

Is the package Y2K compliant?
Yes. The dates are displayed in the 2 digit format (YY), but are internally represented as numbers that sort properly, and so on. The software knows that 2/1/00 comes after 12/15/99. |

No. Press the Close button instead of the Select button, and the report will be produced without using a query. All data will be presented, limited only by the range of dates specified. |

I accidently entered the same customer twice. Can I delete the second entry?
Yes, provided you haven't set up any customer contacts or trips yet. If the contact file or the trip file contains a reference to the customer you're trying to delete, the software will stop you. You can delete the contacts and then delete the customer. Deleting a trip is more involved, and requires the use of the CHAdmin software (provided). |

How do I delete a trip?
Cancel it (change the Trip Status) and forget it. |

I need to delete a trip to get rid of a customer. So?
Use the CHAdmin software to first delete the automatic transactions posted when you booked the trip, then delete the actual trip. |
